Marek Frniak cbe3b15697 Fix: Add TestIndex handling and version bump to 3.9.3134.112 
Cause:
1. Missing `TestIndex` property in `BenchControlPanel` caused incomplete tracking of test selection.
2. Assembly version and file version required an update to reflect changes.
3. The operator has tests called, for example, Q1_test, Q2_test, Q3_test, Q4_test, start the measurement from Q1_test, the selected test is performed and it continues to the next one. The operator presses STOP and later wants to continue, it sets up the problem that the test does not continue at the end point, but starts again from the initially selected test, this is a bug.
4. Increase revision number.

Solution:
1. Added `TestIndex` property to `BenchControlPanel` and updated logic to handle it alongside `TestName`.
2. and 3. Enhanced `testComboBox` handling to ensure consistent updates to `TestIndex` and `TestName`.
4. Updated assembly version and file version in `AssemblyInfo.cs` to `3.9.3134.112`.
