michal 27ecc88c9d Add IntelliJ config and gitignore files for projects
Introduce `.idea` configuration files and `.gitignore` entries for `NfcS5_DLL` and `TBF` projects. These changes include settings for encodings, VCS mappings, and index layout configurations. Helps streamline project setup and improve tooling compatibility.

michal e06a9977c3 Fix project references and add new dependencies
Updated project references to use relative paths and added new dependency `VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs`. Corrected array usage in `ControlComWrap.cs` to avoid potential runtime errors. These changes enhance project structure and fix issues with component interactions.
