33963ec8cf Version 1.5.84. Reading registers, scales, temperature, pressure, ... during test done in one state in the sequence. 
Many changes in TestMethods.iPerlCommunication and WaterMeters.iPerl.WaterMeter. iPerl measurement with opto-data works OK.

0cea24246c Error message due to incorrect configuration is cleared after selecting another procedure/test. 
Return value from WaitBeginFormClosed(..) changed from bool to enum UIFlowControl.

cd9042a648 PulsesPerLiter added to Entities.MeterTestResult and to result items. Version 1.4.36 
More times added to Entities.Test (TimeBeforeFlow, TimeFlow2Mass, TimeMass2Start, TimeStop2Mass).
Activity display fixed in FlyingStartCollectionMethod.

23d5e6d19d Disabled watermeters will not appear in results (screen, ResultsPrinters.Basic and ResultsWriters.Basic). 
Updating Disabled (default = false) is provided by DataEntry.Standard when entering serial numbers.

c005a5cb26 Solves issue with an opened CycleBeginForm after abort and re-selection in Israel: 
- CloseCycleBeginForm() -> WaitBeginFormClosed()
- CloseBeginForm() added to SequenceBase(forced dialog close)
- CloseModellFormHandler added to UiBridge.Bridge

de90a4638a Prepared: PID coefficient of the output path is ready to be used,

0160dc965d - RegulValve ADC Open/Close values calibration implemented 
- 'More' button added to ComponentCfgCtrl-s
- Dataflow from ComponentParametersDlg to components: CfgChangeHandler
- Dataflow from components to ComponentParametersDlg: CmdResponseHandler
- Detection of parameter changes and appropriate MesssageBox display:
  1.warning message when component configuration change requires program restart
  2.confirmation message box when any configuration changes would be lost

94de991bf6 Everything works OK after serious changes: 
- all components, componentCfg-s and parameter providers use base classes
 - less boilerplate code, simpler access to test/procedure parameters from code
 - CreateTestParams(test), CreateProcedureParams(procedure) methods added
 - TestBenchSim class is made static, it is not inheritted by any device anymore
