- Add new classes and enums (`ApplicationDefinition`, `MeterApplications`, `FileApplications`, `ProgrammingParameters`, etc.) for Genesis application management and definition handling. - Introduce resource localization with `Resources.Designer.cs`. - Implement constants for error states, alarms, LED modes, and metrology definitions. - Add `ServiceUrlsBackUp_New` for managing Genesis-related service endpoints.
