Michal Buzik 0d7fe67cd6 Add uncertainty handling and Excel process integration ... This commit introduces uncertainty-related functionality with new items in `WMeterRsltItemSpec`, additional document sheet handling (`DocumentSheets`), and Excel processing via `CommonExcell`.
