Michal Buzik 2984ea2958 Add FluentNHibernate and log4net dependencies ... This commit restores the FluentNHibernate package in various configurations and adds log4net references across multiple projects for enhanced logging. Additionally, several exceptions were reformatted to use `string.Format` for consistency.
